PURPOSE:To shear and cut planar residual materials charged into a machine so as to make these materials suitable for recycling by holding the residual materials by means of projecting blades and receiving recessed lines of a pair of revolving rollers, feeding the materials into a main body, roughtly cutting the materials, further finely cutting the materials and leading the cut materials out of a take-out port. CONSTITUTION:The planar residual materials (a) are held by the projecting blades 3' of the revolving roller 3 and receiving recessed lines 4' of the revolving rollers 4 and are sent into the main body 1 when the residual material are charged from the charging port. The materials, then, fall outs the blade parts of a rough cutting stationary blade 5 and a rough cutting rotary cutter 6 via a guide piece 10 and are roughly cut by rack blades 5' of the rough cutting stationary blade 5 and the cutting blades 6 of the rough cutting rotary cutter 6. The roughly cut residual materials fall onto the shearing rack type blades 7' of a shredding stationary blade 7 and the shredding and shearing blades 8' of a shredding rotary cutter 8, by which the materials are shredded and sheared. The shredded and sheared materials are discharged out of a take-out port 9. |
