Coater for multi-reagent resins, partic. polyurethane to apply the resin to a continuously moving cover uses a (pref.) double-band system with a mixing head connected to a coating tube with outlet holes for the resin. Both ends of this tube are connected to the outlet of the mixing head and are fed with the mixture at alternating ends. Pref. polyol (2) and isocyanate (3) are mixed in head (1) and flow out as the mixt., through two lines (6,7). These (6,7) lead to the opposite ends of a coating tube (5). The last tube (5) has a number of outlet holes (10) above the cover to be coated. ADVANTAGE - The coating tube has a long service life, because mix does not build up inside.
