An arrival time forecast display apparatus of an elevator includes a time forecast display unit having a story-partitioning display allotted to a time possession unit by time division, and an arrival forecast driving circuit for controlling the driving of the time forecast display unit, in which the arrival forecast driving circuit has an estimated time processor for processing the estimated time of travelling and stopping the elevator, an operating time processor for processing the estimated time, a comparative operation portion for comparing the estimated data with real time data from a real operating time processor to supply the result to a memory, a display driving decoder and a display driving portion. Thus, a passenger estimates the relative arrival time from a story of placing the elevator to a story registered by the passenger in the time forecast display apparatus to increase utility efficiency and ease the use of the elevator system.
