PURPOSE:To assemble both rotors for an inscribed type gear pump automatically and surely. CONSTITUTION:An outer rotor 2 is horizontally held on a rotor slide plate 22 by a chuck 24. An inner rotor 4 is horizontally held by a chuck 39 so as to locate above the outer rotor 2. In this condition, a holding pin 56 is raised to the inner rotor 4 so as to be pressed into its center hole. And after the chuck 39 is forced to separate from the inner rotor 4, the holding pin 56 is dropped while rotating. And when the positions of the teeth parts of both rotors 2, 4 do not coincide with each other and the teeth parts are not meshed with each other, the inner rotor 4 shall not be fitted into the inside of the outer rotor 2. However, as the inner rotor 4 rotates, the teeth parts positions of both rotors 2, 4 are matched to each other and the teeth parts are meshed with each other so that the inner rotor 4 are fitted in the inside of the outer rotor 2. |
