MANUFACTURE OF HOT ROLLED STEEL SHEET EXCELLENT IN RESISTANCE TO MILL SCALE PEELING

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a hot rolled steel sheet excellent in resistance to skin peeling which is the hot rolled steel sheet having the mill scale on the surface of steel sheet and hard to generate mill scale peeling at the time of forming work. CONSTITUTION:The hot rolled steel sheet excellent in resistance to mill scale peeling is manufactured by controlling a temp. at the completion of finish rolling, coiling temp. and time from the completion of finish rolling till coiling in specified ranges after executing descaling before starting finish rolling at the time of continuous hot rolling.
