SAFETY GLASS OF SYNTHETIC RESIN AND ITS MANUFACTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a highly adhesive, superbly impact-resistant and durable safety glass of synthetic resin by improving not only the adhesive properties between a polycarbonate resin plate and an intermediate junction layer but also between the intermediate junction layer and another methacrylimide resin plate in the safety glass of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:The subject safety glass of synthetic resin is composed of a polycarbonate resin plate A and a methacrylimide resin plate C of resin containing a methacrylimide group junctioned through a polyether thermoplastic polyurethane intermediate junction layer B which consists of a reaction product of yellowing-free diisocyanate, polyether diol and a curing agent.
