The automatically-adjustable hair comb comprises a U-shaped outer piece joined by a flexible tongue attachment to an I-shaped inner piece. On either end of the inner piece are teeth forced by a trapezoidal section into washing position. The space between the two rows of teeth in the outer piece is slightly narrower than the size of the teeth in the internal comb, causing a pinching effect on the inclined internal faces of the internal teeth.
