The horse transport vehicle contains at least one stall for a horse to be transported standing in the vehicle direction of travel. The stall has at least in the direction of travel a forward, releasable, crossways beam. The beam one end, which extends forward to an outer vehicle wall (4) is provided with a lug. In the vehicle wall is at least one recess in which the beam lug is insertable and firmly lockable with the aid of a vertically displaceable piston component. This has at least one lock piston vertically insertable in the lug and via a link component is connected with a lever (37) on the outside of the vehicle wall, with the aid of which it can be moved vertically. |
