PURPOSE:To obtain a molded product which possesses a favorable surface free from a sink and includes a thick part and thin part, by a method wherein a matter containing a foaming agent and having specific viscosity at the time of injection is used as the second synthetic resin to be injected next to the first synthetic resin, its quantity is regulated and contained in the resin of a thick part connecting with a gate. CONSTITUTION:In this molded product, the second synthetic resin is in an inner core as an injection pressure transfer channel material, the injection pressure transfer channel material 3 arriving at the vicinity of an end part 4 of the molded product from a gate 1 like the molded product 2 for example is provided as the inner core contained into the synthetic resin and formed into a thick part 5. The second synthetic resin is made at most one tenth of the first synthetic resin at a capacity ratio and a foaming agent is contained. Then viscosity at the time of injection is equal to that of the first synthetic resin or lower than that and at least one fiftieth is used. Then it is preferable that (diameter of ideal circle of section of thick part)/(diameter of ideal circle of section of general part)=1.5 to 3.5 is given. |
