PURPOSE:To obtain a mold capable of performing continuous molding of box bodies and formation of a sealing structural part by a box body with the sealing structural part having a sufficient sealing function and a pair of molds whose cavity part is variable and reduce a processing manhour in forming the sealing structural part. CONSTITUTION:In a pair of molds constituted of a stationary mold 7 and movable molds 6, 8, capacity of a mold cavity part 15 is made variable by a movable plate 10 joined to hydraulic cylinders 9, 12 which are incorporated into the pair of molds and a plurality of movable pins 13, after modling of a box body 3 by injecting the first resin through an injection port 16, space parts 11, 14 are formed by moving the movable plate 10 and a plurality of the movable pins 13 backward, the second resin of an elastic body is injected into that part from an injection port 31 through a gate 32 and a sealing structural part 4 is formed on the circumference of a mating face of the box body with a cover. |
