PURPOSE:To enhance the cyclic characteristics and the safety by forming a secondary battery from a negative electrode to store and release lithium ions, a positive electrode, an electrolytic solution in which an alkali metal salt is dissolved, and a high polymer solid electrolyte film prepared by applying latex expressed by a specific formula to a porous film followed by drying. CONSTITUTION:A secondary battery concerned includes negative electrode black mix pellets 2 of metal lithium storing and releasing lithium ions, V6O13 as positive electrode active material, a binding agent, teflon as conductivity generating agent, a positive electrode black mix pellets 4 prepared by mixing carbon black and pressurizing, LiBF4 as electrolytic solution, a high polymer solid electrolyte film (separator) 8 prepared by applying latex to a porous film 3 followed by drying, a positive electrode case 6, and negative electrode seal plate 1. The latex is expressed by -(A)a-(B)b-(C)c-(D)d-(E)e-, where A-D represent atomic groups having ethylene radical capable of polymerization and obtained from monomers through polymerizing having a repetitive unit in percentage a-e 0-95, 5-95, 1-20, 1-80, 1-80, respectively. This ensures enhancement of the cyclic characteristics and the safety. |
