PURPOSE:To obtain reliability on contact in a connector simply without giving resilience to a sensor pin and facilitate inspecting operations, by allowing that contact part in the connector, which is required to inspect soldering, to be structurally identical to the resilient part of the connection part. CONSTITUTION:A connector 10 to connect a flexible cable is mounted on a printed circuit board 20 by soldering, and the condition of soldering 6 is inspected. Therein the connection terminal part 1 of the connector 10 is contacted with a no-spring sensor pin 4 from the upper opening 2 of the connector 10 through utilization of the resilience of the terminal part 1. The terminal part 1 is precisely held by a resin molding 3 of the connector 10, and the patterns 5 on the board are contacted with another sensor pin 7 in order to inspect soldering connections between the connector terminal part 6 and board 20. If the pins 4, 7 are in continuity electrically, it is known that the soldering 6 is in certain connection. Thus stable reliance upon contacting can be generated simply without giving resilience to the pin 4, and it is practicable to perform inspection of the solders easily. |
