摘要 PURPOSE: To raise the accuracy and reliability of an X-ray analytical instrument by reading an X-ray detection signal by a resettable signal integration means for sending a signal corresponding to the integrated value and reading circuit equipped with a wideband amplification means. CONSTITUTION: In order to operate stably a wideband amplification means comprising a current feedback type calculation amplification means of a detector reading circuit 18, a fixed resistor 20 is connected between the output terminal 21 of the amplifier 19 and the reverse input terminal 22, and then a resistor 23 is connected between the output terminal 21 and the non-inversion terminal 24. A signal generated in an X-ray detector is sent to a reading circuit 10 via a resistor, and the resistance value of each resistor is balanced so as to make the reading circuit 18 stable. Each resistor value of the resistor 23 and resistor 20 is made equal in order that when a voltage of 0 volt is applied on the resistor 25, an output signal is not generated from the amplifier 19. An integral capacitor 27 is connected to a non-inversion input terminal 24 to form a resettable integral means by utilizing a dual gate field-effect transistor 28 as a controllable discharge means for discharging the capacitor 27.
