A tool head has a base body (1) with a reception bore (6) and a holding bore (7) that extends perpendicular thereto. An eccentric sleeve (2) with a cylindrical outer surface (8), an inner bore (11) eccentric thereto and a collar (10) is rotatively inserted into the reception bore (6). The shaft (12) of a toolholder (3, 3', 3'') fixed with respect to the base body (1) in the sense of rotation is inserted into the inner bore (11) of the eccentric sleeve (2). The radial position of the toolholder (3, 3', 3'') is variable by rotating the eccentric sleeve (2) with respect to the base body (1). A clamping device (4) with a bore (15) for the holding pin (5) and a conical bore (28) is arranged between the toolholder (3, 3', 3'') and a holding pin (5). By axially moving a tenon (21) in the conical bore (28) of the base body (1), the eccentric sleeve (2) and the toolholder (3, 3', 3'') can be clamped against each other. In addition, in the part of the base body (1) which surrounds the eccentric sleeve (2) and the shaft (12) of the toolholder (3, 3', 3'') is arranged a threaded bore (30) for receiving a threaded pin (31) which exerts a pressure on the tenon (21) when it is screwed down.
