PURPOSE:To avoid the mixing of colored portion and stabilize the quality of reprocessed products, by a method wherein a perfectly non-colored layer, including a blank space, is separated and recovered previously by vertical cutting and, thereafter, is sliced by a cutting blade at a predetermined position in the latter half of the separating processes. CONSTITUTION:At first, the title foamed polystyrene sheet is cut in a vertical direction H-H' at a position within a blank space 20d simultaneously with or reparately from a trimming after molding whereby a perfectly white portion is cut and separated previously from a trimming from a trimming loss sheet to recover it. The color of a colored layer or a laminate film layer 20 is transferred or impregnated into one part of the foamed polystyrene sheet 10, which is not to be colored, by the solvent effect of printing ink. In a case when the colored layer is separated from the non-colored layer, the laminate film layer 20 in a condition where the layer includes a part 10a of the foamed polystyrene sheet, to which the color is transferred or impregnated, is separated from the non-colored foamed polystyrene layer 10b at a position C-C' by employing a cutting blade for slicing. |
