PURPOSE:To prevent a force from concentrating on a hinge section at the time of opening and closing a lid, and further prevent the break of the hinge section by integrally connecting the lid body of a lid-fitted vessel to a vessel body with a thin-walled hinge section of flexible material, and providing the lid body or vessel body with an extension section having a thin wall similar to the hinge section. CONSTITUTION:The lid 9 of a lid-fitted vessel 1 such as a connector housing is molded as integral part of a thin-walled hinge section 4 comprising a flexible material. Also, either the lid 9 or the body 1 is fitted with an extension section 12 having a thin wall similar to the hinge section 4. In addition, the radius of curvature is so taken as to become large to some extent when the hinge section 4 is bent, thereby ensuring the section 4 to sufficiently withstand compression and tension due to an open/close operation. The break of the hinge section 4 can be prevented accordingly. |
