PURPOSE:To automate respective arms easily and at a low cost by utilizing engagement relationship between a rack on a main shaft and pinions on respective roll paper support arms so as to arrange drive parts on respective arms and provide detection means in a row on the main shaft, and conducting moving and stopping of the respective arms. CONSTITUTION:A pair of right and left arms 3 for supporting roll paper P is movably installed on a main shaft 1 by means of engagement of a rack 2a with pinions 8 via a key 2. As a moving means B of each arm 3, a driven bevel gear 10 is fitted to a shaft 7 of the pinion 8 via a torque limiter 9 and a motor 13 is connected thereto via a drive bevel gear 12. As a movement stop position detection means C for each arm 3, a recessed part and an end part of the key 2 as parts to be dectected and a pair of limit switches 14 are arranged. As a stop position fixing means A for each arm 3, each of key pins 5 is advanced/retracted in/from respective key holes 4a-4e of the main shaft 1 by a pair of hydraulic cylinders 6. |
