PURPOSE:To measure the accurate overlap quantity at a joint part without being affected by the surface shape of the sheet like member wound around a molding drum. CONSTITUTION:In the rubber sheet 2 wound around the peripheral surface of a molding drum 1, the quantity of rotation is detected by a rotary encoder 4 and a counter 5 and, on the basis of the quantity-of-rotation data, a sensor 7 detects the distance from the peripheral surface of the molding drum 1 to the surface of the rubber sheet 2 at the area of the winding start end 13 of the rubber sheet 2 and the area of the terminal 17 of the rubber sheet and, on the basis of this detection result, overlap quantity is calculated by an operation device 6. |
