MENU SETTING SYSTEM IN SERIAL PRINTER

PURPOSE:To provide a menu setting system capable of shortening a labor hour and the time required for changing the set values of the correction of the position of the cuing of a cutform and the correction of the position of horizontal printing. CONSTITUTION:A menu print and data, by which a printing pattern is printed, are stored in a memory 22. A control section 21 prints the printing pattern first and the menu items and set values of the correction of the position of the cuing of a cutform and the correction of the position of horizontal printing in the menu print while previously selecting the menu item of the correction of the position of the cuing of the cutform as the menu item, in which the set values are altered. The control section 21 varies the set value of the correction of the position of the cuing of the cutform by depressing a switch C, selects the menu item of the correction of the position of horizontal printing by depressing a switch A and changes the set value of the correction of the position of horizontal printing by depressing the switch C.
