PURPOSE:To obtain a heater temperature controller for an image forming device by which an excellent output result is obtained for various kinds of recording paper. CONSTITUTION:The heater temperature controller is constituted by providing a paper feeding cassette discriminating sensor 2 discriminating the kind of a paper feeding cassette attachably/-detachably attached to an image forming device main body 1, a paper feeding state discriminating sensor 3 discriminating whether the paper is fed to the device main body 1 manually or by the use of the paper feeding cassette, and a temperature adjusting means in which output from the sensors 2 and 3 is inputted and which changes the temperature of a heat roller incorporated in the device main body 1.
