PURPOSE:To swing output fully without delaying gate operating speed. CONSTITUTION:A PMOS transistor M4 is connected between the base of an NPN transistor Q1 and gate output VOUT. Also, an NMOS transistor M5 is connected between the base of a PNP transistor Q2 and the gate output VOUT. An inverter INV1 for feedback is connected between a line L2 and the gate of the PMOS transistor M4, and the gate of the NMOS transistor M5 is connected to the output side of the inverter INV1. By employing such constitution, the NPN transistor Q1 for pull-up and the PNP transistor Q2 for pull-down can be quickly turned on by preventing the reduction of the base current of the NPN transistor Q1 for pull-up from occurring, and also, preventing the current from running into the base of the PNP transistor Q2 for pull-down, and the PMOS transistor M4 and the NMOS transistor M5 can be turned on after the gate output VOUT rises steeply. |
