<p>PURPOSE:To provide a mouse which can input even the numerical value, etc., also can reduce the fatigue of the hands especially the wrist of an operator by providing a wrist rest substrate at the rear part of the mouse and then providing an elastic flat plate on the wrist rest substrate. CONSTITUTION:An operator puts his wrist on a wrist rest substrate 20 and holds a mouse 10 by one hand to slide it on a desk, etc. Then the operator moves a mouse cursor up to the position of an input frame for numerical value while looking at a display. The proper numerical value is inputted into the frame with selective push of the ten keys 17. At the same time, the mouse function keys 16 are pushed as necessary. Thus all numerical data can be inputted just with movements of the mouse 10 and operations of keys 16 and 17. Thus can put his hand on the rest substrate 20 attached with a flat plate 21 made of the elastic sponge, rubber, etc., via an adhesive, etc., without releasing the hand from the mouse 10 and while looking at the display screen. As a result, the mouse input operations are attained with reduced fatigue of the operator hands.</p> |
