Method of mfg. steel palette - by cutting out four identical corners from sheet steel along intersections of perpendicular lines

The manufacture of a palette from square sheet steel (1) is accomplished by cutting out four identical corners. The first cut allows removal of the first part (4) along two perpendicular lines (3) up to their intersection, and to the two ends of the steel sheet. The removal of second and third (9,10) is obtained by cutting up to the intersection of the line and the perpendicular line (8). From the intersection of the lines, a further line is drawn on a band (7) equal to the measurement of the palette foot. After folding the bands along the perpendicular lines, an opening for the foot is formed. ADVANTAGE - Low-cost method of manufacturing light palette.
