<p>PURPOSE:To inform a user of abnormality by displaying a fault-time picture when abnormality occurs in a terminal controller part. CONSTITUTION:An anti-board display part communication control part 104 transmits a response to a received message at normal time when it receives the message. A time-out detection part 205 monitors whether a communication control part 201 for terminal control part receives the response or not. At the same time, a timer 206 starts counting for five minutes from the time when the message is transmitted, for example, and informs the time-out detection part 205 of that a time has elapsed when five minutes elapses. When there is no response till information from the timer 206 comes, it is assumed to be time-out, and the time-out detection part 205 informs an LED board control part 203 of time-out. The LED board control part 203 instructs the display of the fault-time picture to an LED board display part 202. The LED board display part 202 fetches fault-time picture data from a fault-time picture data accumulation part 207 and display it on an LED display board device 3.</p> |
