PURPOSE:To handle recognition information such as a printed or handwritten character, etc., by OCR like key operation input from a key board device and to prevent the repeated input of information which can not rightly be recognized. CONSTITUTION:A character is recognized from input information, a recognition result conforming processing part 16 judges whether it can be recognized or not based on the recognition code, and statistic information such as the recognition impossible number and the recognition ratio, etc., of each character, which are obtained by receiving and recognition-processing information of the result by a recognition result information processing part 18 is tabulated and stored in a statistic information storage part 19. Besides, erroneous recognition characters correct-inputted from the key board device 12 are tabulated as the number of the erroneous recognition of each character and stored in a statistic information storage part 19. Then, a key board code is prepared from the recognition code of the character which can be recognized and a key board signal is prepared from it and outputted to a system device 3. |
