PURPOSE:To disperse with manual changing of width and to improve operability at the time of preparing a table by automatically extending a string width having the input area of the data within the size of paper desired to print a display in accordance with the size of data at the time of inputting data in the table. CONSTITUTION:In an information processor, when data is inputted, display data is prepared, and extension string width serching part 202 decides whether the extension of a present data input area is necessary or not, a necessary display data length is set in a changing string table 203 from a string where a necessary data input area exists and maximum display data in the string and a string width storage table 201 is updated like 201a. Furthermore, a paper size decision part 204 prepares a string width storage table 201b by recalculating the string width so as to match with paper when the sum (TW) of the string widths of the all the strings of the string width storage table 201a is larger than the width (SW) of paper desired to print. Thus, a table is prepared by automatically changing the string width along with data input. |
