<p>PURPOSE:To easily and accurately discriminate that the displayed measured value is a value measured during operation of an apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A data output means 14 is provided which takes in the measured value of an apparatus 13 as the monitor object every just o'clock or continuously and receives information indicating whether the apparatus 13 is operating or stops to output only the value measured during operation or data where discriminating indication of operating is added to the measured value, and the journal generated based on output data of the data output means 14 is displayed as a format or a trend graph on a display means 15.</p> |
