PURPOSE:To obtain the method efficiently performing the control at the time of the exchanging of parts used in many machines and the device therefor by providing an integrating meter of working time having electrical output for each machine and the electrical signal of the machine number of the machine. CONSTITUTION:The manufacturing number of a machine, working integrating time and other information are read by a CPU 12 from a control object machine 13 by the instruction from a host system 10 and are transmitted to the host system 10 via a communication interface 11. The connection with the host system 10 can be performed by a wire, radio or an optical cable. From the data read from a machine in the host system 10, the exchanging time designated for every parts and the counted integrating time are compared and the sign to the effect that the exchange should be performed is displayed relating to the parts when the integrating time is more than the exchanging time. As the history of the machine can be controlled by comparing the working integrating time and used parts in the host system 10 and the control for every parts of the exchanging parts for every machine can be performed, they are effective on the operation control of the machine. |
