PURPOSE:To form a new function corresponding to real working conditions in a hospital and considering the treatment of 'half-time' in a service plan in respect to a screen input function or a service frequency counting method. CONSTITUTION:This management system is provided with a basic service information file 10 for forming the service list of nursing staffs, a service information file 11 registering the service request/service schedule/service result of each staff, a service data registering part 3 for inputting the service of each staff, a service data collecting part 4 for collecting plural kinds of services, and a service data output part 5 for outputting data to a screen or a business form, and at the time of inputting service data to totalize data at least for the formation of the service list, two kinds of half-time, i.e., forenoon and afternoon, are displayed in a day frame on a display screen and registered in the file 11. |
