The system has at least one drinks cabinet forming an enclosed chamber (2), a dispensing beam (6) with tap outlets (7), a support surface (8) for a container or keg (3) inside the cabinet and a device for detecting and recording the quantity of drink delivered from the container. The detection and recording system contains a weighing device (10) which forms the support surface. This produces an electrical signal corresp. to the measured wt. and an electrical evaluation device (12) determines the delivered quantity of drink from the starting and final weights. USE/ADVANTAGE - E.g. for use in restaurants. Enables monitoring and recording of quantities of drinks dispensed whilst enabling manual dispensing to be performed.
