One part of a wire portion (8) forming a wire lock (7) engageable with a front wheel (3) is supported on a car body, the other part is made to be an exposed portion placed on the surface of a front cover (1) additionally serving as the fender of the front wheel (3), the wire portion (8) is passed through the front wheel (3) in a closed loop to connect the front wheel to the car body so as to prevent the rotation thereof at the time of parking, the exposed portion of the wire portion (8) is detachably engaged with a holder (6) secured to the front cover (1) at the time of non-parking, and placed along the surface of the front cover (1) as if it were a lace, to thereby utilize it as an outer decorative member.
