发明名称 METHOD FOR KEEPING FRESHNESS OF STRAWBERRY
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a process for keeping the freshness of strawberry and preventing the degradation of the quality. CONSTITUTION:A water-permeable sheet to be positioned at the strawberry side is laminated to a water-permeable or water-impermeable sheet placed at the outer side of the former sheet and a highly water-absorbing sheet is placed between the above sheets by hot-embossing process. The produced water- absorbing laminated sheet is laid on the bottom of a tray and strawberry is placed on the sheet. The softening of strawberry during transportation can be retarded to keep the good appearance of the strawberry and the increase in water activity and the proliferation of sundry germs caused by dripped water and condensed water can be suppressed.</p>
