PURPOSE:To eliminate an occurrence of flash, defective packing, sticking in mold, crack, and the like, even if a resin molded item has a box form to improve the surface quality of the resin molded item. CONSTITUTION:By measuring a resin pressure a molding resin 4a for forming a resin molded body 4 while the molding resin 4a is compression molded, charged to the end of a cavity, and cured, a resin pressure pattern never causing short-packing or over-packing is found. By measuring a molding resin pressure of a coating material 5a while the coating material 5a is charged to the end of the cavity and cured by again conducting compression, a resin pressure pattern never causing short-packing or over-packing is found. A pressing pressure is so controlled that the resin pressure patterns found in this manner can be kept. In this manner, a failure in molding is eliminated. |
