<p>PURPOSE:To provide a turn table type induction hardening device in which the carry-in/carry-out of a work to/from the turn table can mechanically be executed, the heat of absorption from the upper surface of the work caused by an upper concentric ring is not different to any work and further, uniform hardened layer of a pattern is formed on the lower flank and the upper flank of the work. CONSTITUTION:This induction hardening device is constituted with the horizontal turn table 2, in which three pieces of the lower concentric rings 3 provided with the constant interval at the circumference 2a goes around a carry-in/carry- out station B, quenching start station C and quenching completion station D, thereafter, returns back to the carry-in/carry-out station B, a first work holding machine 11 and a first upper concentric ring holding machine 13 connected with a vertical shaft 15 by an arm 16a, a second work holding machine 12 and a second concentric ring holding machine 14 connected with a shaft 15 by an arm 16b, an upper side concentric ring placing table 30 and a device lifting and reciprocally rotating the shaft 15 at 90 deg. angle.</p> |
