The golf ball recovery appts. includes a chassis (1) supporting a motor with a reducing gear, driving a spool like a fishing reel (2) with a line (10) attached. The line passes through a control ring (5) and a guide plate (6) which is mounted on an electric switch (12). A regulation size golf ball is attached to the free end of the line, and may be hit in a practice swing. After the swing, the switch is activated and the spool turned in order to retrieve the ball. ADVANTAGE - The appts. brakes the flight of the ball to play in confined space, and allows automatic retrieval. |
