摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the optical space transmitter in which a signal with high S/N is sent over a broad band when no optical axial deviation is in existence and entirely disable transmission is not caused even when optical axial deviation takes place. CONSTITUTION:In the optical space transmitter provided with a transmission unit 1 outputting a modulated luminous flux based on a prescribed information signal and with a reception unit receiving sets of luminous flux LB, RB and demodulating them, the transmission unit 1 has plural light emission means 26, 27 emitting sets of luminous flux LB, RB with a different spread angle onto a coaxis, and the reception unit has plural light receiving means receiving independently of the plural sets of the luminous flux LB, RB with the different spread angle. Since signals are sent between plural independent light sources and the plural light receiving means by means of the plural sets of the luminous flux LB, RB having the different spread angle on the coaxis, signals with high S/N are sent over a broad band when no optical axial deviation is in existence and the entirely disable transmission of the signals is prevented even when the optical axis deviation takes place.
