PURPOSE:To provide a small, light clamping apparatus, in which force of clamping or impact on a wire is adequately controlled without skill, by forming a frame, a clamping movable member, a spring, a driving unit, and a control unit in each given way. CONSTITUTION:A wire-clamping apparatus includes a pole-shaped main body 15, a clamp movable member 27, in which one end thereof is connected to one end part of the elongated main body 15, while the other end thereof is extended outward in an elongated direction of the main body 15 so that the clamping member 27 is opened and closed when the clamping member 27 moves around a fulcrum of a connection part thereof, and a spring 28 for pushing the clamping movable member 27 in a direction necessary for clamping. Moreover, the wire-clamping apparatus includes a driving device 21 hold in the main body 15 for carrying out a clamping operation by driving the end part of the clamping movable member 27 when a command input voltage is provided, and a control unit 24 connected to the driving device 21 for applying a command input voltage to the driving device 21. As the driving device 21, for example, a piezoelectric element that makes a displacement in shape in an elongated direction can be used. |
