<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor memory to be used also as a field memory in another broadcasting system by newly adding a read data register, an output multiplexer and a terminal for an external input signal SW for controlling the switching of the multiplexer. CONSTITUTION:The 1st read data register 3 for storing the data of one line selected by the value of an internal address counter, the output multiplexer 20 for switching and outputting output data from the register 3 and output data from the 2nd read data register 1 and the input switch SW for an external input signal for controlling the switching of the multiplexer 20 are newly added. Since outputs from the two read data registers 3, 1 are switched by an external input signal and a selected signal is outputted to the outside by means of the register 3 and the multiplexer 20 newly added to the system without dividing an area part for storing the data of a color difference signal by hardware, the system can correspond to a difference in the data volume of the color difference signal which is generated due to a difference between different broadcasting systems and movement correction can be executed.</p> |
