PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic part mounter where a stopper cylinder hardly lags in action and a cam bardly skips over. CONSTITUTION:A rate detecting means 1 which detects a mounting rate, a stopper cylinder 4 which prohibits a mounting head from moving up or down when a part irregularly sucked by a mounting head reaches to a mounting point, and a cycle timer device which gives on/off timing to the stopper cylinder detecting the turning angle of a mounting head shaft which cyclically moves the mounting head to each of stations are provided. Furthermore, a means (a timing calculation means 2 and a stopper cylinder control means 3) which quickens the on/off timing of the stopper cylinder by an intrinsic response lag time from the command of the circle timer device is provided. |
