<p>PURPOSE:To easily decide whether or not called subject data is already processed and confirms the processing date of a subject which is already processed by providing a writing means which writes a mark indicating that the subject data regarding the processed subject is already processed and the date of the processing of the tile in the subject data. CONSTITUTION:An application program as a subject control function is with a function selection key pressed to enter the mode of subject data input. Stored subject data are read out first and when they are already processed, it is decided whether or not they are already checked. When not, the contents of the subject data are transferred to a correction buffer and contents 'priority level' are rewritten into 'processed mark'. Then contents 'period' are rewritten into the date stored in the timer setting area of a RAM 3. Then the contents which are temporarily stored in the correction buffer are transferred to a specific area of the RAM 3 and the subject data after being checked are displayed on a display device 5.</p> |
