VAPOR-STATE PREPARATION PROCESS OF OXALIC ACID DIESTER

摘要

Oxalate diesters are prepared by contacting a nitrogen oxide and a saturated C1-8 monohydric aliphatic alcohol in the vapor state in a nitrite forming reaction zone at 10-300≰C, followed by contacting of the nitrite free of H2O with CO in the vapor state in a oxalate forming reaction zone at 50-200≰C over a supported Pd catalyst. The process is continuous in recycling the final effluence containing nitrogen oxide to initial step.
