CROSS-BEAM WITH MEMBERS FOR BOGIE DRIVERS AND PENDULUM RECEPTIONS, AND PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING SUCH A CROSS-BEAM

A cross-beam (1) with components for bogie drivers (2, 3) and pendulum mountings (4) has, on each side of the bogie, an upper bogie driver (2) arranged on the cross-beam (1) and a lower bogie driver (3) arranged below the cross-beam (1). Said bogie drivers (2, 3) have flanges arranged parallel to the cross-beam (1) and projecting over the edge of the latter towards the bogie. The pendulum mounting (4) is a pin (7) entering a lower bore of the pendulum, arranged on the lower side of the cross-beam (1), spaced apart from the lower bogie driver (3), perpendicular to the cross-beam (1) and projecting over the edge of the latter towards the pendulum. Separate members are provided for linking the bogie drivers (2, 3) and the pendulum mountings (4) to the cross-beam (1). The mountings pin (7) is the prolongation of a mounting block arranged below the cross-beam (1). A layer of casting resin (6) is arranged between a surface of the mounting block that faces the lower side of the cross-beam (1) and the lower side of the cross-beam (1). A process for producing such a cross-beam is also disclosed.
