<p>Novel taxane derivatives of general formula (I), preparation thereof and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are disclosed. In the formula Ar is an aryl radical, R is a phenyl radical or an R1-O- radical in which R1 is an optionionally substituted alkyl radical, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkynyl, bicycloalkyl, phenyl, heterocyclyl. The novel products of general formula (I) have remarkable anti-tumor activity.</p> |
