In the refining oxygen aggregate or casting pot, after the final refining with a weight content of carbon in the bath lower than 0.15 % of weight, the bath is deoxidised by an alloy of ferroaluminium and/or ferromanganese aluminium with aluminium content from 10 to 70 % of weight in a quantity of 0.5 to 15 kg.t<-1> of steel, with subsequent carbonisation by liquid steelmaking raw iron in a quantity from 50 to 150 kg. t<-1> of steel.
