The pliers includes two arms(30) articulated about an axis (32) and extended with two actuating levers (30-1). The opposite extremity of the arms terminates with two short levers (30-2) for handling a boat. The short levers present lateral rods (34). A spring (36) is placed between the long levers to control their position. The lateral rods of the pliers engage corresponding tubes provided on the boat while a finger, actuated by the pliers levers, supports the boat edge.
