CONSTITUTION:Bamboo T is cut into a prescribed length to constitute a bamboo vessel 1 formed into a hollow by a culm part 11 and node parts 12 and 12 and milled rice 3 and rice-cooking water in prescribed amounts are charged in the bamboo vessel 1 and rice is cooked by heating the bamboo vessel 1. |
