PURPOSE:To obtain an oral ingesta containing essence of pine having resin smell, no bitterness and no astringency of pine essence, showing excellent taste and raised medicinal effects. CONSTITUTION:In improving taste of pine essence, pine essence is mixed with 0.1-20 pts.wt; bamboo essence and 1-200 pts.wt. UME (Japanese apricot) based on 1 pt.wt. pine essence calculated as solid content to give a method for improving taste of pine essence. An oral ingesta containing pine essence is obtained by this method. The oral ingesta is useful for health food and drink, hair tonic and agent for anti-sensitivity disease. |
