<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the scattering in curing time due to atmospheric temperature by a method wherein the temperature of resin is controlled during the insertion of repairing sheet when repairing fixture, which is produced by impregnating the repairing sheet with the mixture of the liquid resin and curing agent, is inserted in underground piping for repairing its and pressed against the inner surface of the piping. CONSTITUTION:In order to repair underground piping, liquid synthetic resin and curing agent are mixed together so as to be infiltrated in repairing sheet made of reinforcing fiber in order to obtain repairing material. The repairing material is inserted in underground piping under the condition being attached onto the outer periphery of repairing fixture such as peripherally expandable packer or the like. By expanding the repairing fixture peripherally, the repairing material is pressed against the inner surface of the underground piping so as to cure the resin. During the insertion process of the repairing material in the piping, the temperature of the resin is controlled. The preferable temperature controlling method is to control the temperature of the resin before its charging in a mixer or during its mixing in the mixer.</p> |
