PURPOSE:To improve the visual recognizability and to add the same touch of feeling as a paper product, by incorporating predetermined white fine powders in a heat sensitive recording layer formed of an electron-donating color develop ing compound and an electron-accepting color developing compound of a revers ible heat sensitive recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A reversible heat sensitive recording layer 2 is formed on the upper surface of a supporting body 1. When the reversible heat sensitive recording layer 2 is heated at high temperatures by a thermal head 4 at image forming processes (A)-(B), a colored image 3 is formed. On the other hand, when the recording layer 2 is heated at low temperatures by a heating roller 5 at image deleting processes (B)-(A), the colored image 3 is deleted. The reversible heat sensitive recording medium 2 is provided with a heat sensitive recording layer containing an electron-donating color developing compound and an electron- accepting color developing compound. In this case, white fine powders are contained in the heat sensitive recording layer, desirably, for example, fine particles of silica or the like with the particle size of approximately 0.5-20mum. |
