<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image forming method by which a developer component is prevented from being stuck to the surface of a photosensitive body, an electrostatic charging member and a transfer member, and a stable copied image is always obtained. CONSTITUTION:The electrostatic charging member 2 on which voltage is impressed is brought into contact with the photosensitive body 1 having an organic semiconductor material so as to electrostatically charge the photosensitive body, and an electrostatic latent image is formed by exposing the photosensitive body. The formed electrostatic latent image is developed with magnetic developer containing (1) fluidization agent, (2) powdery metallic oxide whose weight average particle size (m-D4) is 0.6-5mum, number average particle size (m-D1) is 0.5-4mum and the ratio of (m-D4)/(m-D1) is 1.0-2.4 and (3) magnetic toner, thereby forming a magnetic toner image. The toner image is electrostatically transferred from the photosensitive body 1 on a transfer material 8 while pressing the transfer material 8 with the linear pressure of >=3g/cm by the transfer member 6 on which the voltage is impressed and causing the difference of circumferential speed from the photosensitive body.</p> |
